C.E.O 'S MESSEGE :
International Educated-Youth Organization is for the best benifit of the educated youth around the world in order to boost their economic style life and time management . This is the org where educted youth are grouped together in different grounds to share skills , education , technical level and financial policies to establish a business unit or units which will manage and run by the educated youth themselve to improve their way of living. Our great educated youth class is being thrown in the hands of multinationals by saying that " pakistan has cheep labor" they are destroying our youth's social stanhdered with no economical benefits by making them work for more than 15 hours a day at only 10,000 rs or less . Its being declayered as "social genocide" of the educated youth in business environment by the govt. of pakistan.
so why to work for other if we have ability we should combine with each other to start our own work and busniess to get economic stability and benefits which multinationals are not able to give us .
come be a member of this great international org. which is first time formed for the educated youth and formed in pakistan .

A. ORGANIZATION RULES:
1. The General body officials follows and should work under the guidance of Chairman/ C.E.O.
2. Registration fee is non-refundable.
3. Information centre of this organization will send all related information from head office in Lahore to all parts of the world, which is , considered actual.
4. Rules can only be amended by C.E.O and General body.
5. All the Board members, Secretaries , Presidents and others will be nominated for the period of “first three years” (2006-2008) and on DEC 1 2008 elections will be held for all post except C.E.O. AND SECRETARIES.
6. None can get exemptions from Registration fee and Finance creation process (amount of money asked from the members to contribute for finance creation to make projects)
7. This is an equal opportunity providing organization with no restriction on ethical , religious, social and cultural , race and other background.
8. Both Male and Female (educated) are encouraged to apply for membership and come forward for the betterment of man kind and themselves .
9. The age of the applicant for membership should be between 18-75 at the time of application and should be educated or studying.
10 . Presidents at all level are been checked by Sec’s and vice versa. Both should report to C.E.O about any kind of misuse or errors.
11. No body can challenged to the decisions of the C.E.O regarding disapproval of membership and projects.
12. Any body wants to leave the organization ,for any reason, will write the application to C.E.O for approval. The C.E.O has a right to allow and disallow leaving or allowing with fine of Rs. 05,000 -50 ,000, , 200 CYP , and UK pound 300. for leaving the Org. With Uncompleted work.
13. Presidents of countries will run the project, check implementation of rules and finances , and report to C.E.O.
14. All country Presidents will set up country offices of Organization.
15.The first step towards the goals of Organization is to be Economically rich in business and industries so that implementation of projects and other thing with our own policies will be easy because of our own finances regarding educated youth programs like jobs , studies , social awareness, and rights of educated youth. B. MEMBER RULES
1. A member can be a Man , or Women living in any part of the world ,any other thing is disallowed for membership.
2. Education level of the members is a students , (studying in any class with age of more than 18 years) , A person , technician , worker with Minimum FA (Ist year or 2nd ) more than 10th grade education with 60 % marks , a professional and sportsman etc etc .
3. Age Limit for Membership is 18---75 years. People more than 75 years of age cannot be registered. Members of this organization who registered before 75 years of age can be members if their age crosses 75 no restriction on that limit.
4. Minors (less than 18 years) cannot be the member of the organization but can able to work under projects as “ special trainees”.
5. Disables can become members no restriction on membership also has registration discount of PKRS 100 , , CYP 4, UKP 4.
6. Any member can send “proposal of projects” to C.E.O without hesitation and permission from their local or state presidents. Projects should be in the field of business, education, job creation, finance creation, import export, and other discussed field by getting finances from our own and from SME organizations, of programs under meetings.
7. Any dispute between any member or presidents, secretaries will be encouraged to solve within general meetings or any emergency meetings called by C.E.O or General Body.
8. Before getting membership it’s the duty of applicant to clearly read the rules and regulation and also provide his/her completer accurate information regarding , form , documents , history. Falsified information can lead to termination of membership and fines at any time.
9. C.E.O has the authority to accept and reject any membership and policy at any time.
10. All the members will be given Registration cards after receiving required data form , registration fee and approval from C.E.O.
11. Registration fee for board Members, Secretaries and Presidents, in different currencies: PKRS 1000 , US$ 55 , UKP 25 , CYP 22 , CAN/AUS $ 70 etc .
12. Registration fee for all members in different currencies are : PKRS 500 ,
US$ 30 , UKP 13 , CYP 15 , CAN/AUS $ 40 etc .
13. No member of this organization be allowed to produce change in the Organization rules and policies, name and procedures. Its remain with chairman to produce and ask general body around the world to produce any change regarding anything.
14. No member of this organization can form any another organization with similar or different to this organization.
15. No member of this organization can discourage or challenge to the rules made the general body and C.E.O.
C. BUSINESS RULES
1. Any business can be started to produce funds for the projects and to create jobs for members or own business for the organization to boost economic situation. Also see business review .
2. Any business or other projects can be shut down, stopped or completely deleted from the list due to change in organization’s policy or in the local govt. regulations of the country.
3. Import and export businesses should be given preferences to create jobs and business for all the members around the globe.
4. Different members from different background or similar , should be combined in such a way to form a business unit where they can share their skills , knowledge , latest technical information and entrepreneurship of each other to boost up the business and economic situation of each other and organization.
5. Franchise with businesses around the world can be made in different industries like Travel , food , packaging , IT , online virtual stores , and food processing etc.

D. CHECK RULES
- People with Criminal background (including corruption) will not be taken as members and if , any member found of these will be heavily fined , and terminated from the organization. The organization has a right to sue these people as members with falsified information.
- Any resignation can be asked from anybody after finding , misbehaviors , misconduct or discouragement to the rules , policies and working goals of the Organization, and also fined PKRS 10,000---”100,000, ---2000 etc . All members are liable to that fined.
- Organization has aright to sue any member/person who cause financial and any other damages to the organization in any part of the world.
E. WORKING RULES
1. General body will presents the projects about the best for the educated youths around the world and C.E.O will decide whether to proceed or not for the project.
2. Every state President will attend the General body meeting which will be held after every 3 months.
3. A learning and language wing will be created to minimize the effect of difference in languages from the member around the world.
4. Organization will work its best effort to force the govt. to announce “ minimum highly skilled pay level for all professional” working in the Multinationals and also to announce minimum” hours” so that an balance pay will be decided which is not present this time (and educated working class in multinationals are working more than 15 hours a day for only PKRS 10,000 OR LESS Monthly).
5. Organization will collect and work for the best educated youth around the globe in the fields of Media , Business , political and servicing structures to make the future of members around the world with great improvement in way of living , living standards , and safety with economic independence.
F. ELECTIONS
1. First the General body (AFTER EVERY 4 YEARS) and Presidents (AFTER EVERY THREE YEARS) AND sec’s will be nominated for the three first years as mentioned in the org . rules. Election will be held on Dec 1 , 2008 for the General body and Presidents (COMBINED) all around the globe in different countries for Country presidents. Sec’s will be nominated and will never be elected but can changed at anytime by C.E.O. Than according to rules election of the General body will be held after every 4 years and Presidents after every 3 years.
2. Sec’s will be nominated by C.E.O and can be changed at any time . A NEW nomination will be made after every 2 years.
